Support for business planning, operational evaluation, budgeting considerations, service-development decisions, resource allocation, and other management questions where organized information can support better decision-making.

Allied Alacrity provides consulting, educational, and business-support services related to the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP). Depending on the needs of the organization, services may include guidance on program operations, administrative preparation, documentation and recordkeeping practices, meal-service processes, training support, and other CACFP-related business or organizational needs within the scope of the engagement.

Allied Alacrity may also help clients identify appropriate CACFP resources, agencies, consultants, or service providers when needs fall outside the scope of the engagement.

When appropriate and services are available, Allied Alacrity may provide information or referrals regarding Honorable CACFP Sponsorship Inc. (HCS) for CACFP sponsorship-related services.

Honorable CACFP Sponsorship Inc. is a separate organization from Allied Alacrity. Any sponsorship services, eligibility determinations, agreements, responsibilities, reimbursements, fees, or program requirements associated with HCS are separate from Allied Alacrity’s consulting, educational, and business-support services.

Allied Alacrity provides administrative support to authorized Level II child care providers with the intake and processing of DC Child Care Subsidy Program applications and related voucher documentation. Services may include organizing family intake materials, reviewing submissions for completeness, assisting with data entry and processing workflows, maintaining supporting records, and helping the provider manage required subsidy documentation and follow-up.

Services are performed in support of the participating child care provider and in accordance with applicable OSSE requirements. Eligibility determinations and other functions reserved to an authorized Level II provider remain the responsibility of the provider and its appropriately authorized personnel.
