Training offerings may be provided virtually, in person, or through other approved formats depending on the subject matter, program requirements, and engagement scope.

Allied Alacrity provides ServSafe instruction designed to help food-service professionals understand essential food-safety principles, strengthen workplace practices, and prepare for applicable ServSafe examinations.
Instruction may cover topics such as foodborne illness prevention, personal hygiene, cross-contamination, time and temperature control, cleaning and sanitizing, food storage, receiving practices, and other food-safety concepts included within the applicable training program.
Training format, scheduling, course materials, eligibility requirements, and fees are determined based on the type of ServSafe instruction requested.

Allied Alacrity may provide ServSafe exam-proctoring services for eligible examinations in accordance with applicable testing, identity-verification, security, and proctoring requirements.
Exam availability, scheduling, format, location, technology requirements, fees, and candidate responsibilities will be confirmed before an examination is arranged.
Instruction and exam proctoring may be requested separately or together, depending on the candidate’s needs and the applicable program requirements.

Allied Alacrity provides training and educational support related to the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP).
Depending on the training need, educational topics may include meal-pattern requirements, menu planning, recordkeeping, documentation, monitoring preparation, reimbursement-related records, administrative responsibilities, food-program operations, and other CACFP concepts within the scope of the engagement.
Training and education provided through Allied Alacrity are separate from CACFP sponsorship services provided by other organizations.
When appropriate, Allied Alacrity may also provide information or referrals regarding Honorable CACFP Sponsorship Inc. (HCS) for sponsorship-related services. HCS is a separate organization from Allied Alacrity.

Training topics may include bookkeeping fundamentals, financial statements, accounting terminology, budgeting, cash-flow concepts, accounting systems, recordkeeping practices, QuickBooks Online concepts, and other subjects that can help business owners, staff members, and organizations better understand financial information.
Training may be customized based on the audience’s experience level, learning objectives, and organizational needs.

Allied Alacrity may develop workshops, presentations, educational sessions, and short-form learning programs for businesses, organizations, professional groups, and other audiences.
Programs may focus on food safety, CACFP topics, bookkeeping, financial literacy, business operations, administrative processes, or other subjects within Allied Alacrity’s professional scope.
Workshop length, delivery format, audience size, materials, and learning objectives are determined based on the requested program.

Organizations with specialized learning needs may request customized training or group instruction.
Customized programs may be developed around specific business, financial, operational, CACFP, food-safety, or professional-development topics when the requested subject falls within Allied Alacrity’s service capabilities.
