BOOKKEEPING

Yes. Monthly bookkeeping services may include transaction review and categorization, bank and credit-card reconciliations, revenue and expense review, month-end bookkeeping, financial statement preparation, and tax-ready financial records, depending on the agreed service scope.

Yes. Cleanup and catch-up bookkeeping may be available for clients with overdue, incomplete, or disorganized financial records. Cleanup work is separately scoped and priced based on the volume, condition, and complexity of the books.

Monthly pricing is based on the actual bookkeeping workload required. Factors may include transaction volume, number of bank and credit-card accounts, payroll activity, accounts payable and receivable, merchant or POS systems, inventory, job or project tracking, number of locations, reporting requirements, and the condition of the existing books.

Yes. Allied Alacrity uses industry-focused bookkeeping approaches based on the financial activity commonly associated with different types of businesses and organizations. The final service scope is still customized to the individual client.
ACCOUNTING SOFTWARE

No. QuickBooks Online is Allied Alacrity’s preferred and primary accounting platform, but we may also provide accounting and bookkeeping services to clients using other accounting systems when appropriate secure access is available and the requested work falls within our service scope.

Yes. QuickBooks Online services may include setup assistance, chart-of-accounts organization, account review, troubleshooting, cleanup, and bookkeeping support depending on the engagement.

Possibly. If your existing accounting platform allows appropriate accountant or user access and the requested work can be performed within our service scope, Allied Alacrity may be able to work within your current system.
PAYROLL

Allied Alacrity provides payroll and payroll accounting support based on the client’s payroll system and engagement scope. Services may include payroll setup assistance, payroll transaction recording, payroll reconciliation, payroll liability review, and coordination of payroll activity with the general ledger.

Not automatically. Payroll-related bookkeeping may be included within some monthly engagements, while payroll processing or more extensive payroll administration may be separately scoped and priced.
TAX SERVICES

Yes. Allied Alacrity provides tax preparation services for eligible individuals and businesses within our professional scope.

No, unless specifically stated in the engagement. Monthly bookkeeping and tax preparation are generally separate services and are priced according to their individual scope and complexity.

Tax-focused support and planning may be available depending on the client’s circumstances and service needs. These services are separately scoped from tax-return preparation when appropriate.

Your service scope may be reviewed if transaction volume, account count, payroll, locations, systems, or other accounting activity changes materially. Any recommended changes to scope or pricing would be discussed before they take effect.
