Allied Alacrity provides training, instruction, educational programs, workshops, exam-proctoring support, and related learning services within the scope of each engagement.

Training availability may depend on the subject matter, program requirements, instructor or proctor requirements, participant eligibility, technology, location, scheduling, and other applicable conditions.


Depending on the engagement, Training & Education services may include:

  • ServSafe instruction

  • ServSafe exam proctoring

  • CACFP training and education

  • Business and financial training

  • Workshops and educational programs

  • Customized training

  • Group instruction

  • Professional presentations

  • Other educational services within Allied Alacrity’s service capabilities

Services May Include


Certain training, certification, examination, or proctoring services may be subject to requirements established by certification organizations, testing providers, government agencies, program administrators, or other third parties.

Participants may be required to provide identification, complete registration procedures, meet eligibility requirements, use approved technology, comply with exam-security procedures, or satisfy other applicable conditions.

Program-Specific Requirements


The exact training content, duration, delivery format, participant responsibilities, fees, materials, and deliverables are determined before services begin.

Requests that fall outside the original training scope may require:

  • Additional preparation

  • Additional instructional time

  • Additional materials

  • Revised scheduling

  • A supplemental engagement

  • Separate pricing

Any material changes to the engagement will be discussed before additional billable services are performed.

Participants and organizations are responsible for providing accurate registration information, meeting applicable eligibility requirements, attending scheduled sessions, completing any required preparation, and complying with program, testing, or certification rules.

Participant and Organization Responsibilities


Allied Alacrity may provide training or proctoring related to programs administered by third-party organizations. Applicable certifications, examination requirements, program rules, and credentialing decisions remain subject to the policies of the organization responsible for that program.
