Research Services May Include
Research findings are influenced by the quality, completeness, reliability, and availability of the information used in the analysis.
Allied Alacrity will make reasonable efforts to identify relevant limitations within the scope of the engagement; however, research and analytical work cannot guarantee future outcomes, business performance, investment results, regulatory decisions, or other results that depend on factors beyond the research itself.
Research conclusions should be considered within the context of the methods, assumptions, data, and limitations associated with the project.
Research Limitations
When research depends on information supplied by the client, organization, or third party, Allied Alacrity may rely on that information unless independent verification procedures are specifically included within the engagement.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information needed to perform the agreed research.
Client-Provided Information
Research and analytical services are intended to provide information, interpretation, and decision support.
Final business, financial, operational, investment, legal, regulatory, or management decisions remain the responsibility of the client or appropriate decision-maker.
Decision-Making Responsibility
The specific research question, methodology, sources, analytical methods, deliverables, schedule, and pricing are established before the engagement begins.
Requests outside the original scope may require additional research, revised methodology, additional data, extended timelines, or separate pricing.
Any material changes will be discussed before additional billable work is performed.
